MCA Namibia today signed their second training agreement (Education Project) with Wolwedans Foundation Trust. The grant which will commence early January 2011 was signed by Drs Eline van der Linden, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Implementation and Mr. Stephan Bruckner, Chairman of the Wolwedans Foundation Trust.
The grant agreement will provide training scholarships at the Wolwedans Desert Academy and ‘NICE’ Restaurant and Bar. The Namibia Training Authority (NTA) will supervise the MCA-N funded agreement, which is worth N$ 2-million over three years. The agreement will provide scholarships to 60 trainees from disadvantaged backgrounds to attend courses in hospitality, front office, food and beverage, and food preparation.
