Bidders are also reminded that BOQs in Excel format are provided only to facilitate bidder's calculations.  In case of any discrepancies between the BOQs in PDF and Excel format, the PDF documents shall prevail.  Excel BOQs may not be submitted with your bid.  MCA-N makes a reasonable effort to ensure correspondence between the PDF and Excel documents, but will not be held responsible for any conversion errors in Excel documents.
